Employee Access Tab Permission Overview

The Employee Access Tab permission is intended for IT administrators. Roles with this permission give users access to NetSuite and assign roles to users who fall into the restriction policy defined on the Role page. For example, when restricted by location, a role with this permission can give access and assign roles to employees in their location only.

Note:

When the Advanced Employee Permissions feature is enabled, the Employee Access Tab permission is not automatically assigned to any standard roles.
