Employee Confidential Permission Overview

The Employee Confidential permission is intended for manager roles. In addition to the employee public fields and sublists, roles with this permission can also access confidential employee information. Confidential information includes job and education information. This permission is automatically added to a set of standard roles when the Advanced Employee Permissions feature is enabled. By default, the access level for this permission it set to View, and the restriction is set to Subordinates, but you can make changes.
