Opening Workbooks from the Analytics Portlet
After selecting a workbook visualization for the Analytics portlet, you can access and edit the associated workbook through the portlet.
Note:
To edit workbooks that you do not own, you must have the Analytics Administrator permission. For information about the Analytics Administrator permission, see The Analytics Administrator Permission.
To open a workbook from the Analytics portlet:

Click the menu icon in the upper-right corner of the portlet.

Select Open in Workbook from the dropdown menu.
The workbook opens in a new browser tab.
