Editing, Inactivating, or Deleting a Performance Review Schedule

You can edit, inactivate, and delete performance review schedules. Edits are not applied to performance reviews that were launched before you made the change. If you delete a schedule, performance reviews that were launched through the scheduler are not deleted.

When you inactivate a performance review schedule, it no longer appears in lists. Performance reviews that were launched through the scheduler before you inactivated the schedule are still active.

To edit a performance review schedule:

  1. Go to Setup > Performance Management > Scheduler.

  2. Beside the performance review schedule name, click Edit.

  3. Make your changes, and then click Save.

To inactivate a performance review schedule:

To view a list of inactive schedules, go to Setup > Performance Management > Scheduler and check the Show Inactives box.

  1. Go to Setup > Performance Management > Scheduler.

  2. Beside the performance review schedule name, click Edit.

  3. Beside the performance review template, check the Inactive box. Click Save.

To delete a performance review schedule:

  1. Go to Setup > Performance Management > Scheduler.

  2. Beside the performance review schedule name, click Edit.

  3. Above the performance review schedule name, click Delete.

  4. Click OK.
