Configure your Site for SCIS Integration

You must have the latest SuiteCommerce InStore (SCIS) and SuiteCommerce or SuiteCommerce Advanced bundles installed and set up in your account before you can integrate them. For information, see SuiteCommerce InStore Installation and Install Your Commerce Website Applications.

You must also set up NetSuite for SCIS Integration prior to configuration. For information, see Required Features and Settings for SCIS.

The correct configuration procedure depends on the version of SuiteCommerce Advanced you are implementing.

To configure your site for SCIS integration:

  1. Select the domain to configure at Commerce > Websites > Configuration.

  2. In the SuiteCommerce Configuration record, navigate to the My Account tab and the SCIS Integration subtab.

  3. Configure the feature properties in this subtab as necessary.

  4. Save the Configuration record.

Note:

This information refers to the Denali and Mont Blanc releases of SuiteCommerce Advanced.

To configure your site for SCIS integration (SCA Denali and Mont Blanc):

  1. Create a custom module that includes the backend Configuration object as a dependency. See Configure Properties for details.

    Note:

Do not edit the original Configuration.js source file directly. See Develop Your SCA Customization for information and best practices on customizing JavaScript.

  2. Redefine the isSCISIntegrationEnabled property in the custom module to true.

  3. Save and deploy to your site.

Note:

For information on configurable properties, regardless of your version of SCA, see SCIS Integration Subtab.
