Before you set up Time-Off Management, think about how your company's time-off policies apply to different employees. For example, consider how much time off they get, how unused time off is handled at year-end, and how time off is accrued. You can create multilple plans to fit these differences.

Time-off plans include the types and rules that match your company's policies. Set up time-off types to match your leave categories, like vacation or sick leave. The rules cover eligibility, entitlements, accruals, and carryover during an employee's time at your company.
