Adding Tracking Numbers to the Shipping Report
You can add tracking numbers to the Shipping Report using Advanced Report Customization. Adding tracking numbers is especially important if you use the Shipping Label Integration feature.
To add tracking numbers to the Shipping Report:
-
Click the Customize button on the Shipping Report.
-
In the Report Name field, name your custom report.
This is the name you’ll select when you open your new report.
-
In the Add Fields section to the left of the page, expand the Item Fulfillment heading.
-
Scroll through the fields, and select Tracking Number.
This adds a Tracking Number column to the report. To move the column, use the Move buttons or drag and drop the column.
-
Click Save.
Now your custom shipping report’s available on the Reports tab, under Saved Reports.
You can create a shortcut to this report by clicking Add to Shortcuts in the upper right corner while viewing the report. This adds a quick link to your custom report in the Shortcuts portlet on your dashboard or other tabbed pages.
