Searching for Help

When you have questions about NetSuite, you can search the NetSuite Help Center for help.

The search bar is available in the center of the NetSuite Help Center home page.

Type a search term or state the outcome, then press Enter to see a list of most relevant topics.

The search results in the NetSuite help center include support articles, presentations, videos, and announcements. The search results indicate the article type, which include:

Product - Help articles
Product - Release notes
Support - How to
Support - FAQ
Support - General
SuiteWorld presentations
Video articles
Announcements

Note:

Article types marked Product - Help articles and Product - Release notes only are displayed in the table of contents.

If you don't find the topics you need, or if your search returns too many results, try one of the following:

Unless you know the exact words or phrases in a help topic, use general keywords or phrases to find more help topics.
Look for links to related topics. Most topics have links to other help articles. You'll find these related topics at the bottom of the article.
After you open a topic, look through the table of contents for more topics that might be related.
