Setting Up Bank Feeds

Connect your NetSuite account to your financial institution through an authorized Account Information Service Provider (AISP). When the connection is established, all your bank and credit card accounts with your financial institution are automatically connected to your NetSuite account.

To set up your bank feeds:

  1. Connect to a supported financial institution by configuring the format profile records for your country. For the detailed steps, see the following topics:

  2. After you configure the connection to your financial account, you'll need to link the corresponding GL accounts to your bank accounts in NetSuite. For more information, see Linking Accounts for Financial Institution Connectivity.

  3. Click Save on the format profile record.

When you finish setting up bank feeds, the automated bank data retrieval and import process starts. You'll see a progress message on the Bank Feeds financial institution record. You can click the Track your status link to check the processing status of your import.

The Update Imported Bank Data button is available in view mode of preinstalled format profile records and on the Match Bank Date page. Both buttons let you immediately pull bank transactions outside the daily import schedule, subject to your financial institution's import rules. For more information, see Updating Imported Bank Feeds Data.
