The Manager Concierge is your AI-powered assistance for seamlessly integrating with HCM processes. The agent acts as a single point of entry for managers seeking assistance with team management. It provides support for queries related to compensation, leave and absences, talent management (such as performance reviews, feedback, goals, check ins or recognition), , and employment details for their team members.
The Manager Concierge acts as a central resource for managers seeking support in day-to-day people management tasks. Managers can use the agent to get immediate answers to inquiries related to compensation, leave and absences, talent management, and employment details for their team members. By providing on-demand information and guidance, the agent empowers managers to take informed actions, streamline HR processes, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
The Manager Concierge includes the following individual agents:
- Leave and Absence Analyst (My Team) - Assists managers in understanding their team members current absences, available leave balances, donated time, and cash disbursements. Also supports them in submitting absence requests, bidding on time off, donating leave, or converting leave balances into cash.
- Compensation Advisor (My Team) - Assists managers in collaborating with their team members regarding their compensation. Responds to specific inquiries concerning team members' salaries, stock options, and other types of additional compensation and payments.
- Talent Advisor (My Team) - Assists manager in the talent review process, offering tools and insights to evaluate employee performance and potential, optimize workforce effectiveness, align employee potential with company goals, and ensure long-term business success.
- Employment Details Assistant (My Team) - Assists managers in accessing the personal and employment information of team members and in updating their employment records.

Steps to Enable and Configure
- Your environment must have the appropriate services for Oracle Applications Platform deployed. For more information, see FAQ2521 on My Oracle Cloud Support.
- Set the Enable Security Console External Application Integration (ORA_ASE_SAS_INTEGRATION_ENABLED) profile option to Yes, and enable permission groups for the appropriate roles. See Access Requirements for AI Agent Studio.
