Candidate Selection Process Actions

You can add the following actions to phases and states of a candidate selection process.

Calculated Computed Fields	When you use this action, the calculation of computed fields in job application grid views is done automatically.
Collect Feedback	Use this action to collect feedback on candidates.
Initiate Candidate Duplicate Check	Use this action to automatically initiate a candidate duplicate check. For details, see Automatically Initiate a Candidate Duplicate Check.
Initiate Background Check	Use this action to initiate a background check on candidates when the screening service is configured on a job requisition. For details, see Use the Background Check Action for Job Applications.
Move	Use this action to automatically move job applications in the selection process. For details, see Move Job Applications Automatically.
Move to HR	Use this action to automatically move candidates to the HR phase. For details, see Move Candidates Automatically to HR Phase.
Request Assessment	Use this action to request candidates to take assessments during the candidate selection process. For details, see Use the Request Assessment Action for Job Applications.
Request Information	Use this action to send a notification to candidates to obtain additional information. For details, see Create a Request Information Flow.
Request Tax Credit Screening	Use this action to send a request to tax credit partners to invite candidates to complete forms to validate their tax credit eligibility. For details, see Use the Request Tax Credit Screening Action for Job Applications.
Send Interview Invite	Use this action to send an interview invitation automatically to candidates when their job applications reach a given point in the candidate selection process. For details, see Configure the Candidate Selection Process to Automatically Send Interview Invitations.
Send Notification	Use this action to send different types of notifications. You can add the Send Notification action to a state to send notifications to recruiters and hiring managers. You can also add the Send Notification action to a phase or state to send generic notifications to other user types such as the hiring team, candidates, agents. Candidate notifications are created in the Recruiting Content Library. Review notifications sent to recruiters and hiring managers are created in the Alerts Composer tool. Send Tax Credit Hiring Confirmation	Use this action to send a notification to tax credit partners to inform them that a candidate was hired.
