Status Group Profiles

• Master Data > Power Data > Status Codes > Status Group Profiles

Status Group Profiles are a set of status groups, which link status codes and reason codes.

Status group profiles are assigned to responsible parties. You can then assign that responsible party to a responsible party profile, which when assigned to an audit action, will drive what responsible parties are available in the responsible party list on the record reason page.

Adding a Status Group Profile

1. Enter a unique identifier in the Status Group Profile field. You will use this ID when you refer to this status group profile on other pages.
2. Select a domain in which this status group profile will be active from the Domain Name drop-down list.
3. Enter an ID in the Status Group field to associate it with the status group profile.
4. Select the domain in which this status group is active from the Domain Name drop-down list.
5. Click Save.
6. Click Finished.
