Oracle Utilities Release Schedule
Oracle Utilities performs cloud service releases and core system maintenance throughout the year. This page lists the planned releases and core system maintenance windows that have occurred or will occur in the near future.

Oracle Utilities Opower Cloud Service Releases
Oracle Utilities Opower cloud service releases, also called maintenance packs, are scheduled between 11:00 – 15:00 Eastern US time every third Sunday. The platform will be offline for a brief period of time for these releases, typically less than 30 minutes. During this time, users accessing the web portal or the Customer Service Interface may see a maintenance notification page. Oracle Utilities Opower Core System Maintenance
Oracle Utilities Opower core system maintenance is typically scheduled between 03:00 – 07:00 Eastern US time on the last Thursday of each month, and on additional dates and times as needed. Some core system maintenance may occur on a different Thursday (such as the second Thursday) to accommodate holidays or other schedule changes. The maintenance downtime will occur on the dates below. Intermittent service disruptions are expected during these windows. Users attempting to access the service during this time may experience an error.

Oracle Utilities Cloud Service Releases
Oracle Utilities schedules application updates between 21:00 p.m. – 06:00 a.m. (local data center time) every first and third Saturday of each month unless otherwise noted for the following cloud services:

- Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service
- Oracle Utilities Digital Asset Cloud Service
- Oracle Utilities Market Settlements Management Cloud Service

Oracle Utilities Core System Maintenance
For the Oracle Utilities cloud services listed above, Oracle schedules core system maintenance between 21:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. (local data center time) every second and fourth Saturday of each month. Intermittent service disruptions are expected during these windows. Users attempting to access the service during this time may experience an error.
Note: Core system maintenance includes updates to the infrastructure and platform that runs the cloud service. Core system maintenance is only performed on an as-needed basis.
