Prerequisites

To setup the billing anomaly detection with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) feature, you need to do the following:

• Create an algorithm using the C1-ANMLYCHCK algorithm type and attach it to the Pre Bill Completion algorithm spot of the customer class.

• Set the values for following option types in the C1-PREBSEG feature configuration:

  • ML Invocation Logic Enabled
