Exclude Usage/Invoice Accounts

The Exclude Usage/Invoice Accounts zone lists the following depending on the type of construct:

• Usage account selection criteria excluded from the invoice or invoice and settlement construct

• Usage and invoice accounts selection criteria excluded from the settlement construct

It contains the following columns:

Field Name	Field Description
Effective Start Date	Displays the date from when the usage and/or invoice account is excluded from the construct.
Effective End Date	Displays the date till when the usage and/or invoice account is excluded from the construct.
Account ID	Displays the account ID.
Account Information	Displays the information of the account. In addition, a Context Menu () appears corresponding to this field which helps in navigating to other screens in the application. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the Account screen appears where you can view the details of the respective account.
Edit	On clicking the Edit () icon, the Selection Criteria screen appears where you can edit the details of the excluded usage and/or invoice accounts. Note: The Edit icon appears when the construct is in the Draft or Pending Approval status.
Delete	On clicking the Delete () icon, you can remove the excluded usage and/or invoice accounts. Note: The Delete icon appears when the construct is in the Draft or Pending Approval status.

Note:

You can exclude usage or invoice account from the construct by clicking the Add Exclude Usage/Invoice Accounts link in the upper right corner of the Exclude Usage/Invoice Accounts zone.

Pagination is used to display limited number of records in this zone. You can use the navigation links, such as Previous and Next to navigate between pages. Note that the navigation links appear in this zone only when the record count exceeds 10.

You can filter the list using various search criteria (such as Account ID, Effective Date and Account Identifier) available in the Filter area. By default, the Filter area is hidden. You can view the Filter area by clicking the Filters () icon in the upper right corner of this zone.
