Searching for Duplicate Member Persons

Duplicate member persons are those member persons which meet the following conditions:

  • The same member person is added multiple times in the same membership.

  • The same member persons have either same or overlapping date range.

Procedure

To search for duplicate member persons:

  1. Click the Admin link in the Application toolbar.
    A list appears.
  2. From the Admin menu, click H and then click Health Check.
    The Health Check screen appears.
  3. Expand the Duplicate Entity zone.
  4. Select the Membership Person option from the Entity list.
  5. Select the date range to retrieve the member persons which are duplicate within the given period.
    Note: The specified date range should not exceed one year. For example, if the start date is 01-01-2025, then the end date cannot be later than 12-31-2025.
  6. Click Search.

    The search results appear based on the specified search criteria. The Search Results section contains the following columns:

    Column Name Column Description
    Membership Indicates the group or individual membership in which the member person is added multiple times.
    Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the Membership screen appears where you can view the details of the respective membership.
    Person Displays information about the member person. In addition, a context menu (The Context Menu Icon) icon appears corresponding to this field which helps in navigating to other screens in the application.
    Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the Person screen appears where you can view the details of the respective person.
    Start Date Displays the date from when the person is included in the membership.
    End Date Displays the date till when the person is included in the membership.
    Member Person Status Indicates the status of the person in the membership. The valid values are:

    • Active

    • Inactive

    • Canceled

    • Pending Effectuation
    Relationship Type Indicates how the person is related to the main subscriber of the membership.
    Note: Pagination is used to display limited number of records in the Search Results section. You can use the navigation links, such as Previous and Next to navigate between pages. Note that the navigation links appear in the Search Results section only when the records in the search results exceed 20.
