If you upgraded Oracle VM Server by reinstalling it with the installation media, you must discover the Oracle VM Server with Oracle VM Manager after the installation is complete. For example, if you upgraded from Release 3.2 or earlier, you can delete the Oracle VM Server from Oracle VM Manager and then reinstall Oracle VM Server with the 3.3.x installation media instead of upgrading with the UpgradeServers.py script.
