Submit Handler Method

The FireWorkflowOutcomeFormHandler has the following submit handler method:

`handleFireWorkflowOutcome`	Fires a `WorkflowOutcome` event when a task is completed. This method requires values for the following properties: `projectId` (or, if you are working with a process, `processId`), `taskElementId`, and `outcomeElementId`.
