Configuring Returnable Order States

ATG Commerce Service Center allows the modification of submitted orders that have not been fulfilled, as well as returns and exchangesto orders that have been fulfilled.

  1. To identify what orders can be returned, edit the modifiable and returnable-order states using the following component:

    # /atg/commerce/custsvc/order/OrderIsReturnable
    shippingGroupShippedStates=NO_PENDING_ACTION

  2. Configure which order states are not modifiable using the following component:

    # /atg/commerce/custsvc/order/OrderIsModifiable
    nonModifiableOrderStates=REMOVED,
                             QUOTED,
                             NO_PENDING_ACTION,
                             PENDING_REMOVE,
                             PENDING_CUSTOMER_RETURN
    nonModifiablePaymentGroupStates=REMOVED,
                                    SETTLED
