You can delete the notification list for an agent and its associated agent views. For more information about notification lists, see “Subscribe or Unsubscribe to the Notification List of an Agent“.
You must have write permission for the agent.
In ATG Reporting Center, locate the agent you want.
In the Actions column, click More.
Click Remove all from the notification list.
Click OK.
