Mark the Rackmounting Location
Use the Rack Buddy template to identify the correct mounting holes for the shelf rails.
Note - Load the rack from bottom to top.
- Ensure that there is enough vertical space in the rack to install the server.
- Place the Rack Buddy template
against the front rails.
The bottom edge of the template corresponds to the bottom edge of the server. Measure up from the bottom of the template.
- Mark the mounting holes for the front shelf rails.
- Mark the mounting holes for the rear shelf rails.
