The following are the general steps to customize an automated installation:
Create the AI manifest with specific configuration definitions.
Associate the manifest with an install service and specify criteria that determine which clients use that manifest.

Create customized configuration profiles as needed and define client criteria.
To start the installation, boot the client from the network.

To create and edit manifests, three tools are available.
Interactive editor
AI manifest wizard
Direct editing of the XML file
Use either the interactive editor or the AI manifest wizard if you are not knowledgeable about XML. These tools guide you through each parameter to ensure that all the necessary parameters are configured.
