SAN Boot Using Jumpstart Fails on a Server with a Sun StorageTek 8 Gb FC PCIe HBA (Qlogic) Installed (18237680)

When attempting a UEFI SAN boot using Jumpstart on a server with Oracle Solaris 11.1 OS and a Sun StorageTek 8 Gb FC PCIe HBA (Qlogic), the following error might appear:

Workaround

Disable the option ROM of the Sun StorageTek 8 Gb FC PCIe HBA (Qlogic).
