ContentMgmt.Endeca.Index

Adds configuration for submitting article and mediaContent data to Oracle Commerce Guided Search for indexing. See the Platform-Guided Search Integration Guide.

ContentMgmt.Endeca.Index.Versioned

Adds configuration for managing indexing from the ATG Content Administration server. See the Platform-Guided Search Integration Guide.

ContentMgmt.DW

Adds configuration for the content management repository on the data warehouse loader server to use the production data source.

The Web content management feature does not require Core Commerce, and therefore the ContentMgmt module does not have any dependencies on the DCS module. Rather, the DCS module has the ContentMgmt module as a dependency, so it is not possible to run Core Commerce without also running Web content management.

Most of the properties of the Web content item types are defined in the ContentMgmt module. However, a few additional properties are added by the DCS module – specifically, the relatedProducts and relatedArticles properties of the article and mediaContent item types. See the Using and Extending the Product Catalog chapter for more information.
