You will need the following Commerce Service Center information before running the CIM process:
Four Oracle database accounts, such as:
agent,production,publishingandreporting _loader_data-warehouseIf you are configuring a switching data source, you will need two additional Oracle database accounts:
Switching_AandSwitching_BEnsure that the supported version of your Web application server is installed.
Ensure that the supported version of the Java JDK is installed.
Ensure that the correct product versions have been installed in your environment using CIM. For information on installing these products, refer to your Oracle Commerce Platform application documentation:
Oracle 11g client / drivers
(ojdbc5.jarorojdbc6.jar)The Oracle Commerce Platform
Oracle Commerce Reference Store or Oracle Commerce Core Commerce
Note: If Commerce Service Center has previously been installed, you must drop each of the schemas before recreating them. You can do this by using cim.sh in the existing installation to drop the schemas. You will also need to rename the old directory if this exists.
You will also need to remove any servers you have previously created in your Web application, as running CIM will create new server instances.
