Oracle Click-to-Call Cloud Service is an optional application that, when integrated with Oracle Commerce Service Center, initiates and manages telephone communication between agents and customers. Ensure that you have installed the Click-to-Connect add on in Oracle Commerce Configuration and Installation Manager (CIM) as outlined in Appendix B: CIM Configuration Components.
