With this program, you can view the data of the entered authorisation code and the recorded data which is called up at the terminal with the "AUTORIZE" function.
Certain POS functions can only be called up if the operator enters an authorisation code. The format and the length of this code has to be determined in the update program Branch -> Add. Data in the fields Auth. Code Mask" und "Min. Auth. Code Len.".
In the update program Application -> Staff ->Operator -> Add. Data, a Profile has to be assigned to the operator. In this profile, the option Authorisation Code must be activated for this POS function.
The operator must be informed about the code to be entered to be able to call up the function at the POS terminal. The code will be stored in the database and cannot be used for a second time.

Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
This field displays the number of the company.
Entry range permitted: numeric, 1 - 99999
This field displays the number of the branch.

This field displays the number of the POS terminal.

This field displays the number of the operation (Transaction number).

This field displays the authorisation code entered by the operator. Authorisation codes will be stored in the system and can also be viewed via the button "Authorisation Code Position" in the update program Application -> Sales -> Receipt Transaction eingesehen werden.

This field shows the no. of the operator who has called up an authorised function with key <AUTORIZE> at the terminal. As this is normally an operator with the supervisor status the options "Supervisor" and "Supervisor key" must be activated for this operator in program Operator.

The name of the FSM function called up by the supervisor (e.g. "TakeAway") is shown in this field
