Remarks on the Program Function

By use of this program you can maintain the data for the Repair Group, i.e. create new records, modify or delete existing data. You can also view already stored data for information purposes.

The various Repair Types are grouped into repair groups. The price and the outworker (= repair business) are defined in the repair type

Note:
 A repair group has to be assigned to departments used for the booking of repair items.

This paragraph will provide a short overview over the options available for updating these basic data

Just like in almost any other program:


Company

Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999

Enter the number of the company for which you would like to view the repair group. If you do not know the number, you can also select the data record via the Search Function.


Repair group

Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 99

Enter the number of the repair group.

The various Repair Types are grouped into repair groups. The price and the outworker (= repair business) are defined in the repair type.


Text

Permitted input range: alphanumeric, max. 20 chars.

Enter a name for the repair group.


Text group

Permitted input range: numeric, 4300 - 4399

Enter the number of the text group you would like to assign to this repair group. If you do not know the number, you can also select the data record via the Search Function. The additional texts for the repair item are stored in this text group.

Note:
Please note that only text groups of the type "Material Text" are permissive for repair groups. This text groups are stored in the system with the numbers 4300 to 4399. Text Groups are maintained in the update program Parameters -> Misc. Params -> Text Group.
