Repair Order

From the MICROS Retail OSCAR POS version 3.0 on, repair orders can be administered, i.e. repair orders can be collected at the terminal and opened again after the repair to be processed and closed.

The following work steps have to be carried out for the complete booking of a repair order.

Collecting a Repair Order

The Repair Order Collection at the POS Terminal is to be carried out as follows:

Closing a Repair Order

Repair orders will be stored in the system as open repair orders until the repair has been carried out and the customer has paid for it.

Repair orders can be viewed with all included positions via the update program Application -> Repairs -> Repair.

The closing of a Repair at the POS Terminal is to be carried out as follows:
