By use of this program you can view the Repair Orders stored in the system. No repair orders will be generated via this window.
The collection of repair orders takes place exclusively at the terminal by use of the keyboard event "REPAIR".
Via the button Repair Position you can view the repair positions embedded in the repair order.

This paragraph will provide a short overview over the options available for updating these basic data
Just like in almost any other program:
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the company for which you would like to view the repair orders. If you do not know the number you can also select the data record via the Search Function.
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 99999
Enter the number of the branch for which you would like to view the repair orders. If you do not know the number, you can also select the data record via the Search Function.
Permitted input range: decimal, max. 8 positions
Enter the number of the repair order of which you would like to view the data.
The number for a repair order is given automatically by the system with the collection at the terminal.
If you do not know the number, you can also select the data record via the Search Function.
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 999999999
Displays the customer number given with the collection of a repair order at the terminal.
Permitted input range: alphanumeric, max. 20 chars.
Displays the customer match code. The customer match code is stored in the update program Customer.
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 -99
Displays the repair mode for this repair order. The repair mode has to be selected by the operator at the terminal with the collection of the repair order.
By the assignment of the repair mode (warranty repair, normal repair, cost calculation etc.), e.g. possible additional costs are defined or if the customer has to pay for the repair.
The data for the repair mode is maintained in the update program Application -> Repairs -> Repair Mode.
Permitted input range: decimal, max. 12 positions incl. max. 2 decimal digits
Displays the total amount of all repair positions for this repair order.
Permitted input range: decimal, max. 12 positions incl. max. 2 decimal digits
Displays the pre-paid amount.
Permitted input range: decimal, max. 12 positions incl. max. 2 decimal digits
Displays the amount of the shipping costs to be paid.
Shipping costs are maintained in the update program Application -> Repairs -> Outworker.
Permitted input range: decimal, max. 12 positions incl. max. 2 decimal digits
Displays the amount of the sum insured which can be entered by the operator with the collection of the repair order.
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 999999
Displays the number of the repair item. Repair items are created in the system as departments.
Each of these Departments has to be assigned to a Main Department for which the option "Repair Group" is activated.
Permitted input range: alphanumeric, max. 20 chars.
Displays the text assigned by the operator from an assigned text group with the collection of the repair order.
A text group in which the texts for additional descriptions are stored is assigned to each Repair Group.
These texts are stored in the update program Text Group (4300 - 4399) of the type "Material Text".
Permitted input range: alphanumeric, max. 32 chars.
Displays the text entered by the operator with the collection of the repair order.
Permitted input range: alphanumeric, max. 32 chars.
Displays the text entered by the operator with the collection of the repair order.

In this field, the date of the last customer contact is stored. In general, this is the date on which the repair order has been collected.
