SCO payment mapping

Remarks on the Program Function
The data for a SCO payment mapping can be updated, i.e. programmed, changed or cleared, with this program. Data which has already been stored can also be viewed for information.
With the configuration of the payment mapping for the Self-Checkout System, the MICROS Retail OSCAR POS payment types will be converted in SCO compliant payment types.

Note:
Currently the following SCO systems are supported by MICROS Retail OSCAR POS:
· Fujitsu USCAN Self-Checkout System
The entry "OSCAR_OPTIONS=: SelfCheckOut" in the file "oscar.ini" is necessary to activate the parameters for the configuration of the Self-Check-Out system.
After changing the environment variable "OSCAR_OPTIONS=" the following commands must be executed to ensure that the changes are activated in MICROS Retail OSCAR POS (convert, addAscFiles, init UiText, init DbText and dofgl.fgl Language).
Remarks on data fields
The following details all options available for update of the basic data.
The following applies to this program:
- The entry mask may differ in your MICROS Retail OSCAR POS program depending on the set-up of the user program. Some data fields may be missing.
- Some data fields may have defaults or defined selection options so that they cannot be updated in this program.
- The entry mask may contain fields with enforced entries, and in other fields entries may be optional.
- If the data record is updated over several pages of entry masks the dialog window is reached by clicking onto the appropriate button with <Mouse key 1>.
- The procedure is the same if you want to call up another update program from this program.
- In some cases you may find the so-called. "Switches" which are either activated or deactivated - depending on the setting - by clicking with <Mouse key 1>. Activated switches have a dark top, deactivated switches are lighter.

Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the company for which the defined SCO payment mapping is to be valid.
If you do not know the number, you can also select the data record via the Search Function.

The payment types must be defined in program SCO payment mapping pos.
Descriptor
Permitted input range: max. 20 alphanumeric characters
