Shrinkage Position

The following program description deals with:

Remarks on the Program Function

By use of this program, you can maintain positions for shrinkage, i.e. create new data records, modify or delete existing data. You can also view already stored data for information purposes.

Basically, a shrinkage consists of two parts: the formal data and the concrete items of a shrinkage.

Attention:
Shrinkage can also be booked at the terminal if the function "SHRINKAGE" has been set up via a related key. Shrinkage booked at the terminal can be closed at the administration terminal if it has not been closed at the terminal by use of the function "SHRINKAGEC".

Proceed as follows to carry out shrinkage at the administration terminal:

In a first step, the formal data are entered via the program Shrinkage, i.e. you define an internal shrinkage number, a branch and a profit center number, the date and time etc. Basically, you create a form in which the actual entries, the shrinkage positions, are still missing, though.

In the second step, you make the missing entries. These are the items that are assigned to the shrinkage. This assignment is carried out via this program.

Notes:
