By use of this program, you can maintain the data for a working time plan, i.e. create new data records, modify or delete existing data. You can also view already stored data for information purposes.
An employee can be linked to the working time plans set up with program Application -> Employee -> Employee -> Additional data in fields Mon. to Sun.rate upto std.hours and in the fields Mon to Sun.rate over std.hours to be able to print the working time list for this employee at the appropriate time. In addition, the regular working hours and the maximum no. of daily hours worked should also be entered in program Application -> Employee -> Employee ->Additional data.

This paragraph will provide a short overview over the options available for updating these Basic Data.
Just like in almost any other program:
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the company to which the time plan is to be assigned. If you do not know the number, you can also select the data records via the Search Function.
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 999
Enter the number with which this working time plan is (to be) stored in the system.
When creating a new record, enter a new free number in the Primary Key Fields.
For modifications or deletions, call the data record by entering the number in the primary key fields. If you do not know the number, you can also select the data records via the Search Function.
Permitted input range: alphanumeric, max. 32 chars.
Enter a name for the time plan.
The name should be eloquent if you maintain multiple time plans (e.g. 5-day
week, overtime etc.).
Activated: Working hours for
Mondays can be recorded in this time plan.
Deactivated: In this time plan, no working hours can be
recorded for Mondays.
Activated: Working hours for
Tuesdays can be recorded in this time plan.
Deactivated: In this time plan, no working hours can be
recorded for Tuesdays.

Wednesdays can be recorded in this time plan.
Deactivated: In this time plan, no working hours can be
recorded for Wednesdays.

Deactivated: In this time plan, no working hours can be
recorded for Thursdays.
