In account-based storefronts, you must create a version of the Order Confirmation layout for logged-in shoppers. This layout should share the header widget instance you created for the checkout layout; in other words, a basic header widget that only includes the Company Name and Company Logo elements. You do not need to create a guest version of the Order Confirmation layout because only logged-in shoppers can create an order.
To create an Order Confirmation layout for logged-in shoppers:
On the Design tab, clone the Order Confirmation layout, give it a descriptive name, enable the ‘Display layout to account shoppers only’ option, and save the clone.
Go to Grid View for the layout, add the
Header - Basic, Acct-based, LoggedIninstance of the Header widget type to the layout and delete the originalHeader – Basic Widget.
