Configure an item: This is when an agent or customer uses the Configure button on the product details page of a product that has been identified as configurable.
Request a Quote: This is when an agent uses the Request Quote functionality in the Commerce Cloud Agent Console on behalf of a customer, or an agent or a customer uses the Request Quote functionality on Storefront.
