Use this task to export a layout as a .VLF fie.
To export a layout from the Visualizer workspace:
- Click
More and select Manage to open the Manage Layouts dialog box. - In the Manage Layouts dialog box:
- Select a layout.
- Click Export.
- Select a location where the file will be saved and click OK.
Notes:
- You do not need to specify a file name for the layout. The VLF file that P6 Visualizer creates will have the same name as the layout you selected.
- You can export multiple layouts by selecting them holding Shift or Ctrl while you click on layouts to add them to the selection. A separate file will be created for each layout.
