Modifying a Schedule Comparison Layout

Use this task to draw and modify a layout.

After you finish this task, you can save, view, and print the diagram.

Before you begin this task, ensure you have done one of the following tasks:

To modify a layout:

On the Layout Options page:
1. Click the Project tab to modify the projects or baselines the layout compares.
2. Click the General tab to modify grouping options and the type, location, and name of the output file.
3. Click the Advanced tab to modify the information to compare, as applicable.
4. If you want to create the Schedule Comparison to view the results of your changes, click Save & Draw.
Repeat the applicable previous substeps as necessary to customize the layout.
Note: To edit global layouts, you must have the Add/Edit/Delete Global Visualizer Layouts privilege, and to edit project layouts, you must have the Add/Edit/Delete Project Layouts privilege. If you do not have the necessary privilege, the Options button is disabled. However, once you draw the layout, use Save As to create a user layout if you want to view Options.
