Update Step

The following options are displayed when the form is in edit mode.

Toolbar Options

Description

Send

To route a workflow business process to the specified recipients. This option is displayed only for workflow BPs.

Save

To save a draft of the form. You can view your drafts under Home > Drafts.

Submit

Use Submit when you have finished editing a record. Displayed on all Non Workflow BPs when in Edit Mode.

Menu

The options you see under menu are based on the BP design.

  • Auto-Create: Displayed on any BP that can auto create other BPs.
  • Print HTML, PDF and Custom: Displayed on all BPs.
  • Export Line item template: Displayed on any BP that has detail form integration interface defined.
  • Terminate Record: Displayed on all BPs. This option is displayed only if the user has permissions to terminate records.
  • Transfer Ownership: Displayed on all BPs. This option is displayed only if the user has permission to transfer ownership.
  • Undo Accept Task: Displayed on all workflow BPs. This option is displayed only after the user has accepted a task.
  • View Map: Displayed on all BPs that support geo-coding.
