Activities collected

Oracle Eloqua collects the following activities related to your SMS messages and campaigns.

  • Sent: Eloqua tracks the messages you send from your instance.
  • Delivery Statuses/Receipts: Eloqua tracks which messages are delivered to contacts via delivery statuses/receipts.
  • Replies/Response messages: Eloqua tracks which response messages to your SMS messages.
  • Clickthrough: Eloqua tracks whether contacts clicked on links in your SMS messages.
