KPI Metrics Dashboard

Important: The Mobile App Analytics dashboards are currently released under our Controlled Availability program. To request access to this feature, please log in to My Oracle Support and create a service request. Customers also need to have the Infinity Streams Cloud Service SKU to access this feature.

Note: This dashboard is available only to users with the Mobile Apps Analytics Manager role.

The Mobile App Analytics dashboard helps marketers understand app user behavior and mobile app performance.

Marketers can understand app user behavior by tracking and analyzing 25 KPI metrics directly within Responsys.

To open the KPI Metrics dashboard:

Important: To view the Mobile App Analytics dashboards, you must first enable this option in the Account settings.

  1. Click The Insight icon Insight on the side navigation bar, and select Interactive Dashboards.
  2. On the Analytics page, select the Mobile App Analyticstab.
  3. Open the Dashboards drop-down, and click KPI Metrics.
