Fatigue Analysis PET fields
Important: This feature is available as part of the Advanced Intelligence Package add-on that must be ordered for your account. Please contact your account manager or Oracle sales.
Important: If you want to use Fatigue Analysis for the SMS channel, ensure that your account is enabled for short URLs. Contact Oracle Support for more information.
In this topic, you'll learn about the columns in a Fatigue Analysis profile extension table (see also Additional topics for understanding Fatigue Analysis). You can view Fatigue Analysis PETs by navigating to Folders, or Data> Profile Lists> Profile Extensions.
Important: While both email campaigns and SMS campaigns use profile extension tables, note that the profile extension table for an email campaign is a different table from that of an SMS campaign. However, the column names are the same for both types.
Column name | Definition |
---|---|
RIID_ | Oracle Responsys recipient ID for the profile. |
FATIGUE_PERSONA | The persona a recipient belongs to based on the recipient's engagement. This field is available as a profile filter attribute in the Filter Designer. The possible filter criteria for this attribute are: under saturated, just right, saturated, over saturated, and Inactive. |
RECOMMENDED_DAY_CAP | The ideal message frequency for this recipient per day. This field is available as a profile filter attribute in the Filter Designer. |
RECOMMENDED_WEEK_CAP | The ideal message frequency for this recipient per week. This field is available as a profile filter attribute in the Filter Designer. |
RECOMMENDED_MONTH_CAP | The ideal message frequency for this recipient per month. This field is available as a profile filter attribute in the Filter Designer. |
SATURATED_LEVEL | This field is populated with a value from 1 to 10. This field is only populated for RIIDs that belong to the Saturated or Over saturated persona. This field is available as a profile filter attribute in the Filter Designer. Marketers can for example use this attribute in a filter to trim off recipients who fall into the Over saturated persona and who have a saturated level of 10, since recipients with these two criteria are showing extremely decreased signs of engagement. |
CREATED_DATE_ | The date on which the Fatigue Analysis PET was created. |
MODIFIED_DATE_ | The last date that the profile was updated in the Fatigue Analysis PET. |
Note: RECOMMENDED_DAY_CAP, RECOMMENDED_WEEK_CAP, and RECOMMENDED_MONTH_CAP are not available for Fatigue Analysisfor Push campaigns yet.
