• Account Setup and Maintenance

  Added a release note for Changes to the Web Site Hosting Files Always Available preference.

• NetSuite CPQ

  Added the following release notes:

  • Perform Calculations in Resolvable Fields

  • New Predefined Rule to Perform Tasks When Quantity Changes

  • Display Information in Audit Menu for Additional Items Included by Scripting

  • Track Changes Made to Records

• SuitePeople SuiteApps

  Added the release note Permission Update for Affordable Care Act (ACA) Reporting SuiteApp Custom Records.

• User Interface

  In the table that shows the locations where Text Enhance is available, the row for "Job Requisition page, Posting Description field" was removed.

Account Administration

• Added a new help topic, Using Your Own OCI Configuration for Text Enhance, that provides instructions for configuring Text Enhance to use a customer's Oracle Cloud account.

• Updated the Setting Text Enhance Preferences help topic to reflect the newly added options for configuring Text Enhance to use a customer's Oracle Cloud account.

Country-Specific Features

• Updated the following help topics under Brazil Localization:

  • Creating Items for Brazil, to add more item types now supported by the SuiteApp.

  • Creating Banking Information Records for Brazil, to add steps about bank GL subaccounts.

  • Generating CNAB 240 Delivery Files, to update and add steps about the inclusion of payments from multiple subsidiaries.

• Updated the SuiteTax Latam Engine - Brazil Records Best Practices and Known Limitations help topic to remove plug-ins that now support SuiteTax Latam Engine's tax basis and tax rate override.

NetSuite Basics

• Updated the Text Enhance help topic to add a tip about the new, free learning path for Text Enhance, AI in NetSuite: Text Enhance, which was recently added to NetSuite MyLearn.

SuiteCloud Development Framework

• Made the following updates to Hiding Files in the SuiteApp Type of SuiteCloud Project:

  • Reorganized the note boxes into a single list.

  • Changed "You cannot hide client SuiteScripts in a SuiteCloud project of SuiteApp type" to "It is not possible to hide client script SuiteScript files in a SuiteCloud project of SuiteApp type. For client script files, do not set the HIDING preference action value to HIDE".

• Updated the hideinbundle attribute description in Modifying SuiteCloud Project File and Folder Attributes in an XML Definition with "The hideinbundle attribute cannot be used to hide client script SuiteScript files".
