Assigning NetSuite 360 Access
Your billing address determines the version of NetSuite 360 available to you. If your billing address is in the United States, the NetSuite 360 version available in your account is the U.S. version of NetSuite 360. For information about the U.S. version of NetSuite 360, refer to the NetSuite 360 User Guide.
To access the NetSuite 360 portlet, you must be assigned either the NetSuite 360 or the NetSuite 360 - Plus Financials role.
These roles don't appear in standard role searches (Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles > Search), and they're also not listed in the Standard Roles Permissions Table. However, you can see these roles in the dropdown list when assigning roles to a user.
Use good judgment when deciding which users should be assigned either of these roles. Only give access to users who need to perform specific tasks related to your NetSuite account.
