NetSuite 360 Dashboard
The NetSuite 360 dashboard is a central place to review support cases, issues, and enhancements, view your Support Dashboard, update authorized Support contacts, and more.
At the top of the dashboard, you can find your NetSuite team representatives: your Account Manager, your ACS Delivery Manager, your Customer Success Manager, and your LCS Education Advisor, depending on your level of subscription. To contact your NetSuite team representatives, click the Email link next to their name, fill out the Subject and Message fields, and then click Submit.
You can view information about your current Advanced Customer Service (ACS) and Learning Cloud Support (LCS) subscriptions status:

The Action Items and Notifications portlet contains any Product Change Notifications relevant to your NetSuite account that may require an action from you, as well as other notifications from Support, Compliance, and others. To view a notification, click the notification link. When you view a notification in full, you can click the Email to Me button to email the notification.
If you or the main email address associated with your account have opted out of product notifications from NetSuite, some notifications may not appear in the Action Items and Notifications portlet.

View/Update Your Support Dashboard - The Support Dashboard lets you capture key account information that is then automatically available to Customer Support whenever you file a support case. For more information, see Updating Your Support Dashboard.

Set Preferences - Adjust localization language, time zone, number formatting, appearance, transactions, issue notification settings, and other preferences for your account.

Campaign Subscription Center - Select your NetSuite email subscriptions. To manage subscriptions to product updates and other NetSuite emails, you need to have Authorized Support Contact access. To learn how to set yourself as an authorized contact, see Adding Authorized Support Contacts.
