Multi Language Support
Multi Language Support enables you to access the NetSuite Support Portal in one of the following languages:

French

German
-
Spanish
-
Portuguese
-
Japanese
-
Chinese
You can access the Multi Language Customer Support from the left panel in NetSuite 360. To learn about how to access NetSuite 360, see Accessing NetSuite 360. To create a new support case, click the Cases tab, and then click New Case.
