Advanced Customer Support Dashboard
The Advanced Customer Support Dashboard lets you view your ACS subscription details, as well as all your ACS cases. You can access the Advanced Customer Support Dashboard from the left panel in NetSuite 360. For information about how to access NetSuite 360, see Accessing NetSuite 360.
You can see a list of ACS cases in the Cases section. You can filter the displayed ACS cases by their stage, contact, status, case type, and customer due date. To view a detailed ACS case record, click View next to the applicable case.
