Updating Your Support Dashboard
The Support Dashboard lets you capture key account information that is automatically available to Customer Support whenever you file a support case. You can see an overview of your NetSuite usage and how your account is set up. This helps the Support staff use this information in the context of the cases you open, so that they can investigate reported specific problems more effectively.
You can provide the following information, which personalizes Customer Support for you:

Account information/setup

Customizations/Integrations

Important dates
The Support Dashboard is accessible through NetSuite 360. For more information about NetSuite 360, see .
To access the NetSuite 360 Support Dashboard, click View/Update Your Support Dashboard in the Quick Access portlet on the NetSuite 360 Dashboard page.
To update your Support Dashboard:

Log into your NetSuite account with a role that lets you access NetSuite 360.

Click the Support tab.

Click the NetSuite 360 link in the NetSuite 360 portlet.

On the NetSuite 360 Dashboard page, in the Quick Access portlet, click the View/Update Your Support Dashboard link. The Support Dashboard opens in a new tab in your browser.

To update your information, on the Support Dashboard page, do one of the following:

To update Business Description, Account Information/Setup, or Emails to Copy on Case Communications:

Click the Edit button.

Fill out the respective fields.

Click Save.

To add a new integration/customized process:

Click the New Integration/Customized Process button.

Fill out the applicable fields.

Click Save. To view a list of your customizations/integrations, click the Customizations/Integrations tab.

To add a new critical report:

Click the New Critical Report button.

In the Name field, enter a name of the critical report.

In the Explanation of why report is critical, describe why this report is critical.

From the Run Frequency list, select the run frequency of the report.

In the Search/Report Id field, enter the report id.

If the report is inactive, check the Inactive box.

Click Save. To view a list of your critical reports, click the Critical Reports tab.

To add a new important date:

Click the New Important Date button.

In the Name field, enter the name.

In the Description field, describe the important date.

In the From and To fields, enter the important dates.

To view a list of your important dates, click the Important Dates tab.
