Executing the Default Pipeline Jobs

To load data and metadata to Planning and Budgeting Financials, you need to manually run or schedule the following pipeline jobs in NetSuite:

Important:

To run these pipeline jobs from NetSuite, you first need to add them to your NetSuite account as a default feature. For instructions, see Setting Up Default Configurations for Planning and Budgeting Financials.

To run a pipeline job manually:

  1. In NetSuite, go to NetSuite EPM > Planning and Budgeting > Manage Jobs.

  2. In the list of jobs, click Execute next to the pipeline job.

    This takes you to a page with the job details.

  3. To start loading data into Planning and Budgeting Financials, click Execute.

    The information banner shows when the job starts running.

  4. To check the job status, click the Execution Logs subtab.

Note:

To keep your transaction data and metadata up to date, you can schedule these default pipeline jobs to run regularly. For instructions, see Scheduling a Job in Planning and Budgeting Sync.
