Migration Overview
The Migration tool enables you to perform activities related to lifecycle Management within NetSuite Planning and Budgeting. From Migration, you can complete these tasks:

Manage backups and exports of snapshots of artifacts and your application data.

Migrate (export or import) snapshots and archives.

Set import options to specify the conditions for importing data into an environment from uploaded files and snapshots.

Generate reports containing information about the artifact migrations.
To access the Migration tool, click the Navigator icon , and under Tools, select Migration.

On the Categories tab, you can create a backup of your entire application environment or an export of specific artifacts in your environment.

Migration Status – Displays information about the artifact migrations that were performed in the service instance.
