NS ERP Workstation/NSPOS Normal State Monitoring
NetSuite Point of Sale's monitoring features provide statistics for how well a workstation is functioning. You can monitor areas such as a workstation's connectivity with the replication server or whether transaction data is being held or is correctly synchronizing with the server. Monitoring also provides data such as the NSPOS release installed on a register and certain properties of that register, such as the free space available on a drive.
Workstation monitoring is available from the RA-Workstation record in NetSuite ERP and by tapping the normal state icon on an NSPOS workstation. The normal state icon is a color-coded status indicator that your employee's can use to alert management when issues exist on their register. Most monitoring statistics are available in both NetSuite ERP and in NSPOS.
